2008 Upgrades to Our Facilities
Facilities at 169 Post Road
Main Barn and Small Indoor
Riding Arena

Our main barn houses a large heated
tackroom, bathroom, two classrooms and a stabling area. The stabling area offers
six cross-tie stations and three holding. It is conveniently located
between the tackroom and indoor riding arena. This makes a great and safe place
for grooming, tacking, lesson prep and unmounted instructional learning.
The East Wing
The East Wing contains 10 spacious rubber-matted box stalls.
The East Wing Extension
Attached to the East Wing Extension currently holds two oversized
box stalls.
Outdoor Rings
Ring #1 has sand footing and is 156' by 312'
Ring #2 holds a dressage arena and gaming lanes (156' x 312')
Ring #3 is a grass show jumping ring (200' x 260')
Ring #4 is a warm-up ring (130' x 260')
Laneway to Outdoor Rings and Roadside Paddocks
We have a new $16,000 laneway which runs parallel to Post Road and
makes getting to the rings and front paddocks very easy and
mud-free.
Cross-Country Courses
We have two cross country courses with jumps ranging from 18 inches
to 2'11" (including a bank complex). The first course is adjacent to
the Sugar Bush, while the other course is located at 136 Post Road.
We will be adding more jumps later in 2009. Additionally, we plan to
expand our courses to include training-level obstacles.
Sugar Bush
The Sugar Bush is located adjacent to our parking lot. It has some
trail obstacles and jumps along its paths. It proves to be a great
first "trail" or cross-country experience for our younger riders and
is a nice place for students to cool out their horses/ponies after
lessons.
Facilities at 136 Post Road
The Grey Barns
The Grey Barns are located at 136 Post Road. The barn set furthest
back from the road has 5 stalls, a tackroom and a large run-in.
There are also three large grass paddocks at this location. This
barn is currently being leased.
